About SHCE

The Slogotski Hunt Centre for Entrepreneurship (SHCE) is USask's central place for entrepreneurial thinking, opportunity, and action. SHCE links students, faculty, researchers and community partners across all 17 colleges and schools, and connects campus to Saskatchewan's entrepreneurial community. 

Our work spans entrepreneurial skills and education, support for student ventures, moving research into real-world use, and partnerships across the province. Entrepreneurship here is a set of skills anyone can build. You do not need a company to start. 

Our Donors

SHCE was established in 2025 through a $5 million gift from Bernie Slogotski (BComm'67) and Thedra Hunt (BA'66). Their gift supports programming and staff so that students in every college can build entrepreneurial skills.

Come build with us

Workshops, coaching and mentorship for anyone at USask with an idea worth testing. Programs and services launch in Fall 2026.

Partnerships with organizations across Saskatchewan that bring their expertise onto campus. More connections open through the fall.
